Then, go to Windows, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services, change the startup type of ASP.NET State Service to Automatic and start it up. For IIS 6, to change the sessionState mode from InProc to StateServer, edit the inetpub\wwwroot\hixonpho_helpdesk\web.config on the server with Notepad.
